...and another thing...
Well I'm back. Anyone miss me? Ahh, to miss-quote an overworked phrase (in fact so overworked I've now used it twice on similar re-entry blogs) from pop-culture (most famously and in fact possible created for Alien), in this blog no-one can hear me scream, or in fact anything. 'Tis hard for people to read / hear / see anything when they don't know it's there and let's face it, even if they did why would they care. Yep, the army of one is my audience..yet I'm still undone by the critic. I guess the self really is a bastard covered bastard with a bastard centre (thanks dr. cox)...
In lieu of anything interesting I thought I'd link an album and review worth a read. Underworld have released a soundtrack to Breaking an Entering with the composer Gabriel Yared. It's been out a while (since last year), but as usual I'm a bit slow on the uptake. Being a big underworld fan I had to find out about it and discovered this brief review, worth a read: Tiny Mix Tapes review: Breaking and Entering Soundtrack. The Krusty the Clown reference made me spit coffee on my computer screen. Maybe I just need to get out more?
quote for the day:
"If you really want something in this life, you have to work for it - Now quiet, they're about to announce the lottery numbers!" - Homer Simpson
